I wish to thank Pritt’s Funeral Home for their compassionate, thoughtful, and thorough care with regards to my husband, Mark’s passing at the end of 2019. Every detail was discussed and handled with excellence. They went above and beyond my expectations with the two celebration of life services, at our church and at American Legion Post #31. The memory book is truly a keepsake. My husband’s memory was honored and respected. I am so appreciative of the kindnesses from all the staff. It was a pleasure to do business with such professionals.

Upon the passing of my mother, I was alone in making the funeral arrangements, as the only other sibling in our family lives in Florida. My father and uncle, who both predeceased my mom, were laid to rest by Pritts and remembering the excellent service that was given them, I also chose to have the proceedings conducted there. From first walking through the door, we were treated with amazing dignity and respect and they took over with making this experience as painless for me as humanly possible. My mother was in an assisted living facility for almost 7 years and had fallen and severely broken her hip in December. After being released back to the assisted living facility, her health and appearance greatly deteriorated until her passing on May 2nd. When I walked into Pritts on the day of viewing, it was breathtaking. The woman of the past seven years was no longer before me, but instead, the mom of years past was laying there as if sleeping. Funeral Director, Irving Cedillos, who handled all aspects of this funeral for me, had transformed my mother back into a beautiful woman of 10 years ago. I can not put into words the excellent job that Irving had done. This man is not only an artist, he is caring, extremely helpful, professional and makes you feel like it is a member of his own family that he is laying to rest. I can not express what an asset he is to Pritts Funeral Home. It should not be left out that every member of this establishment that I had contact with, was kind, helpful and caring to my every need. I was so impressed with everything that they did for me and my wife, that both of us have discussed, when it comes time for our passing, we would not consider being sent to our final resting place by any other establishment but Pritts.

I would like to express by sincere appreciation and thanks to the staff at Pritts Funeral Home & Chapel. The caring from the staff members started when they arrived to pick up my father from the Dove House and we weren't ready to say our goodbye yet. They gave us extra time to still spend time with my father as a family which allowed other families to get there to say their goodbyes. During this difficult time Barbara took the time to explain the process and the steps. She understood the grieving process and took every measure to make this went smoothly. She listened to our stories about my father, Arthur "Bill" Briggs and enjoyed the pictures we were sharing. During this time we thought we had everything correct but since we were still very emotional during this time we did forget some things that we wanted to have as part of my dad's service. I communicated with Barabara and Stacey several times before the service to make sure all was good. They were able to accommodate all of our request. During the service all the staff members were friendly & helpful to all our family and friends. We appreciate the extra step they took to make sure my dad's favorite Johnny Cash CD was playing. They didn't rush us out at the end of the visitation or going to the cemetery. They were very respectful of our needs. The service didn't stop at the cemetery. We were able to go back to Pritts to get candles, prayer cards and questions answered several weeks afterwards. Again, I am very appreciative to have them help us through this difficult time.

I can't thank you all enough for the exceptional and accommodating service you provided for my mother's funeral. From the moment I walked into the door, I felt welcomed and cared for. My goal was to give my mother a first class send off, and everyone at Pritt's made that happen. Kyle, Audrey and the rest of the staff, we extremely compassionate and accommodating. All my mother's wishes were fulfilled and she looked like an angel. The flowers were exceptional and exactly what I ordered. Thank you all for making this difficult experience, a warm and memorable event! I'll be forever grateful!
